The counter is the centerpiece, allowing you to enjoy your time even alone. In the back, there are raised tables that are easy to use for small groups. All the skewers are fragrant, and the liver, in particular, pairs excellently with the sauce. The pork cheek is delicious whether with salt or sauce, and it's fluffy and juicy. The cartilage is carefully prepared, crunchy yet easy to eat. The stew has a punchy flavor, making it perfect as a snack.
