The local famous sake "Hakko" is lined up, and the pleasant aroma is exciting. The water from Hiroshima used in the brewing process has a clear taste and is very delicious. You can enjoy everything from junmai to daiginjo and umeshu, and each one's individuality is well conveyed. In particular, one that is rich in aroma and has a sharp finish makes you want to keep drinking. The slightly sweet junmai has a good aroma and a lightness that makes it easy to drink from a cup. The cake made with sake is also refreshingly delicious, and the aroma that spreads softly was impressive.
