The oden, which strongly conveys the flavors of Shizuoka, was very impressive. Although it looks like a black broth, it is not salty, and the umami gradually spreads. You can change the flavor with the table's miso sauce and mustard, and the staff provides clear guidance. The mustard made with pepper and tea is also interesting and pairs perfectly with the oden. In addition to oden, there are small dishes and the day's recommended menu, so you can enjoy it without getting bored. It was a cozy and calming space where I could slowly savor high-quality dishes.
