We decided to visit the Shonan Fujisawa branch, one of the most highly rated Jiro-style ramen restaurants in the area. It has been selected as one of the top 5,000 restaurants in the food log. The restaurant opens at 11:00. I came at around 10:40 to get in line early, but there was already a line of about 15 people. Before the restaurant opened, I did not wait in line at the restaurant. After the store opened, there was a line in front of the store. After the store opened, people formed a line in front of the store. After the store opened, I was just barely able to get in on the first round. The Shonan Fujisawa branch offers tsukemen (dipping noodles) and other unusual toppings. Ordering Menu Regular ramen 730 yen Tsukemen 50 yen I chose tsukemen, which I had never had before, because it was a rarity. To order tsukemen, purchase "ramen" and "tsukemen" from the ticket vending machine. Since I was feeling a bit of summer heat, I asked for a "small" size and selected regular garlic, yasai, and abura. By the way, even the "small" size is about the same as a medium portion in general. If you are a stranger and ask for a large portion, you will have a hell of a time. Although it is tsukemen, it tastes like a perfect ramen. I was surprised that they could take that ramen and make it into such a perfect tsukemen. The slightly thick taste is appetizing and keeps your chopsticks going. The noodles are very chewy and the texture is very satisfying, and the noodles are very filling. Even with a small amount of noodles, I felt quite full, so women may want to order a "small" portion. I am convinced that this is the iron plate restaurant for Ramen Jiro lovers. Thank you very much for the meal.
