The cozy yakitori restaurant located in the shopping street fills the air with a delightful aroma from the entrance, making you excited. The counter and tables are well arranged, and the clean interior provides a calm and comfortable atmosphere. It is said that they use binchotan charcoal, and with every bite of the skewers, the umami and a hint of smoky fragrance spread. There are not only the classic negima and liver skewers but also many unique options like shredded yam and shishito pepper skewers, so you won't get bored. In addition to famous sake brands like Hakkaisan, there are also secret menu items, making it fun to search for your favorite drink. Thanks to the attentive service and delicious skewers, I found myself with a full stomach and a happy heart, making for a wonderful night.
