The grilled offal, which is the main focus, clearly conveys its freshness, and the aroma wafts up beautifully, making it the best. The staff kindly teaches you how to grill, allowing you to cook it to your liking. There are clear instructions for grilling salted offal and seasoned offal, and you can really feel the richness of the flavors. You can also enjoy a well-balanced selection of horse sashimi, kimchi, and offal stew, leading to a high level of satisfaction.
