Maruwa is popular for its tsukemen noodles On the way back from running errands in Ama City When I visited there before, there was a long line in front of the store, so I gave up. I went there with high hopes that it might be open now! I arrived almost as soon as the restaurant opened, but it was already full. But I was alone, so I managed to get in right away. Even though the state of emergency had just been lifted, this place was packed. After entering the restaurant, you buy a ticket from the ticket machine on the right side and take a seat. Since I'm a beginner, I chose a standard (?) ticket. Maruwa Tsukemen Maruwa Tsukemen (tsukemen): 900 yen Maruwa Tsukemen is dipped in a sauce like boiling magma heated in a stone pot. Straight, thick noodles with a firm texture! The slightly thickened sauce is well mixed with the noodles, and the broth is very effective and tasty! As I am a slow eater, it is good that the noodles are served in a stone pot so that they are always hot! Thank you very much for the meal!
