In a modern atmosphere, I slowly savored freshly made rice balls. There were so many ingredients to choose from, but when I had them made into grilled rice balls, the aroma was irresistible. The rice balls, grilled in the shape of taiyaki, were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, providing a fresh texture. Eating them with the gentle dashi of miso soup was a comforting combination. The quality of the rice was high, and with each bite, a natural sweetness spread, making me feel happy. There is a parking lot, so it's easy to get there by car, and takeout can be enjoyed casually.
