Anago (conger eel) cuisine that is too good to be true! Having previously enjoyed fugu (blowfish) cuisine on Nippuga Island, this time we went to the neighboring island of Shinoshima, which has a thriving fishing industry (๑-̀ㅂ́)و✧ to observe the landing and auction of young sardines (✧), and after absorbing the power of the island, we went to this conger eel restaurant (థ公థ. I was looking forward to a dinner of conger eel as my main course. The turtle's hand appeared out of nowhere and scared the shit out of me ( ✧Д✧) kick! But it's surprisingly tasty with a shellfish-like texture. In Tokyo, I used to eat conger eel boiled in soy sauce in the Ueno area... I'm quite picky about the taste. Sashimi, yubiki, grilled conger eel...it's unbelievably delicious (థ公థ...especially the butsusashi...I thought it was engawa, but the sweetness came afterwards and it was superb (๑-̀ㅂ━́)و✧. -✧ The taste was a surprise right from the start... What is this? I was screaming out...(థథ...థథ...థ...థ...థ...) Ippon Sushi Pure boiled conger eel...normal specs with no unnecessary sauce (; ・・`д・´)Ko, ko, ko, this is the taste that I highly recommend (๑-̀ㅂ́)و✧ The fact that it's fluffy and not sticky is proof that the ingredients are being used to their fullest (✧Д✧). You can really feel the deliciousness of the conger eel in this first-class dish. From the kakiage (fried oysters) and giant clams to the dessert, this course will fill you up to the brim! Freshly harvested sardines served as sashimi and boiled sardines (థ公థ.) We also had the famous octopus (✧Д✧) Kak! The satisfying Anagozen course starts at 11,000 yen, so it's very reasonable ( ✧Д✧) ☆☆☆☆! I definitely want to go back again (; ・・`д・´)Thank you for the food!
