This is a soba restaurant with a calm atmosphere located across from the Noh theater. It has a counter, tables, and a raised seating area, making it cozy despite its small size. The soba is thin and made with 80% buckwheat flour, and the dipping sauce is rich, allowing you to enjoy it little by little with condiments. The duck zaru soba features chewy meat and fragrant white leeks, and the addition of wasabi, shredded leeks, and yuzu enhances the satisfaction. The timing of the soba broth service is also good, allowing you to enjoy your meal until the end. It can get crowded at times, but the attentive service makes for a pleasant experience.
