I went with a friend and was able to relax in a calm space. The course featured seasonal dishes that kept coming out, which was exciting. The sashimi was fresh, and the sea bream and shellfish left a particularly strong impression. The tempura and simmered dishes also had a light flavor, and I was satisfied all the way to the final rice porridge. The oyster hot tofu and grilled pufferfish with miso were fragrant and very delicious. There is a wide variety of sake, allowing for enjoyable pairings with the dishes.

It is enjoyable to watch the dishes being prepared right in front of me. The course flows well from appetizers to sashimi, and each dish has a careful flavor. The tempura, simmered dishes, and teriyaki fish each showcase their unique tastes, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The final rice porridge is comforting and delicious, leaving me satisfied until the end. There is a wide variety of sake available, allowing me to enjoy the pairing with the dishes. I can fully enjoy the sweets as well, providing a pleasant conclusion.
