Condensed flavor of Japanese black beef. The "traditional braised steak" that has been loved since the establishment of the restaurant is served at lunch. This luxurious lunch features the main dish "Rolled Scandia", which is synonymous with Scandia, as the star of the show. Carefully selected black Wagyu beef is wrapped with a special stuffing and slowly braised to tenderness. The rich sauce and sweetness of the Wagyu beef fat will fill your mouth. We proudly recommend this dish for lunch on special occasions and for entertaining guests.
A little bit of Scandinavian tradition in a sumptuous meal. From appetizers to main courses, enjoy the essence of Scandinavian cuisine in a full lunchtime course. The essence of our famous "smorgasbord" (Scandinavian buffet) has been made into a lunchtime-only course. Four cold appetizers (pickled herring, salmon, etc.) and three hot fish and meat dishes are beautifully presented. This is ideal for customers who want to enjoy a variety of flavors in small portions, even though the evening course is too large.

Chef's Specialties An exquisite course featuring filet steak & foie gras and the famous onion gratin soup. The main dish is a tender filet steak layered with rich foie gras and finished with an aromatic Madera wine sauce, "Rossini style". The "French Onion Gratin Soup," which has been made using the same method since the establishment of the restaurant, is also included in this special course, making it the ultimate Scandia gastronomic experience. It is a gorgeous way to celebrate anniversaries and festive occasions.
