As I entered the mall floor, the fragrant smell of charcoal grilling caught my attention, and I couldn't help but stop in my tracks. From the counter seats, I had a great view of the grill, and the rising flames filled me with excitement. The set meal featuring silver salmon accompanied by salmon roe and grated daikon was incredibly satisfying, with the skin being crispy and the flesh fluffy. The rice cooked in an individual pot was glossy and enhanced the flavor of the fish. The miso soup with young scallops was rich and just the aroma of the steam made me feel happy. The cheerful and energetic staff made the experience pleasant, and I believe this is a place where one can fully enjoy the charm of charcoal grilling.
