There is a wooden counter and sunken kotatsu seating, creating a spacious and relaxed atmosphere. The appetizer of young yellowtail and simmered bamboo shoots had a comforting flavor. The nigiri sushi had a modest amount of rice, allowing the deliciousness of the toppings to shine through. In particular, the grilled conger eel and raw squid were fragrant, with a melting texture that was impressive. The miso soup with the fish head was fun and had a delightful jiggle. Thanks to the attentive and kind staff, I was able to enjoy my meal comfortably until the end.
