Our pride, the 'Wagyu Ichibo Tataki,' uses a rare cut of Wagyu beef. It has just the right amount of marbling, and the sweetness of the fat combined with the juiciness of the lean meat makes it exquisite. Delicious meat pairs well with delicious sake.
