It's a small shop with only a counter in Shin-Koiwa, and it's exciting to see the skillful grilling right in front of you. The freshly baked buns are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the aroma alone is appetizing. The patty is thick and juicy, and with every bite, the flavor of the meat spreads, bringing happiness. The avocado-based burger has a good balance of ingredients, and the kick from the salsa is a nice accent. It comes with French fries and pickles, and the feeling of wrapping it up in a bag and taking a big bite is irresistible. Interacting with the staff is also enjoyable, and I felt that it was a convenient shop for takeout as well.
