The seasonal dishes are all lined up, and it’s exciting from the very beginning. The dobin mushi has a clear broth, and the aroma of matsutake mushrooms, shrimp, and white fish gently spreads. The rice cooked with sea bream has a subtle fragrance of shiso seeds, making it delicious until the very end. Each appetizer, simmered dish, and fried dish is carefully prepared, and the playful presentation of the dishes is enjoyable. The three-point dessert assortment includes both Japanese and Western sweets, and the grape ice cream and chestnut sweetness are satisfying. You can relax while being enveloped by the sound of the koto, gazing at the garden, and the staff's attentiveness is also pleasant.
