4.1

The traditional Chinese dishes are all well-prepared, and you can feel the care that goes into each one. The boiled dumplings have a rich meat flavor, and their smooth skin pairs perfectly with black vinegar. The fried chicken is steamed before being fried, resulting in a fluffy interior and a crispy exterior. The sesame dan dan noodles have a mild richness, making it easy to drink the soup as well. The meat shumai seems to be steamed for a long time, resulting in a satisfying, dense meat texture. The dessert, almond tofu, is creamy and slightly sweet, providing a high level of satisfaction after the meal.
