El buffet es emocionante, con una variedad de platos de Sri Lanka. Hay clásicos como el curry de pollo, parippu y moju de berenjena, todos bien presentados, y las combinaciones de sabores son divertidas. El moju sabroso actúa como un conector en todo el plato, y el picante se siente suave. Al mezclar el pescado frito, papad y chiles fritos, la textura es excelente, y te dan ganas de repetir. También hay biryani de pollo, arroz basmati y fideos, con aromas de coco y sabor a ajo que se expanden. De postre, además de kiripani y helado, se puede disfrutar de wattalappan, que es rico y tiene un aroma a miel de kitul que es impresionante.
