Located near Meitetsu Gifu Station, it has a casual atmosphere that makes it easy to drop in. There are both counter and table seating, allowing for a relaxed experience. The grilled chicken thighs cooked over charcoal are fragrant, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. When paired with yuzu pepper or garlic soy sauce, the umami flavor intensifies. The tataki and chicken rice balls are also highly satisfying and pair well with highballs. The 'Karaken' enjoyed with baguette is interesting, and I was able to fully savor the charm of chicken dishes.
