The interior has a calm atmosphere reminiscent of a traditional farmhouse in Shinshu, allowing for a more leisurely dining experience compared to a food court. The thin homemade noodles have a strong buckwheat aroma and a very pleasant texture. When eaten with a miso sauce mixed with wasabi, the flavors spread out instantly, making you want to keep eating. The katsudon has a perfect balance of egg, and when eaten with the soba, it provides a high level of satisfaction. It's also a nice touch that freshly fried soba snacks are served right after you place your order. Even when you're unsure of where to go in a complex facility, I believe this is a reliable place where you can consistently enjoy delicious soba.
