Listening to the sound of the river, I am delighted that I can have dried fish and seafood grilled right on the spot. As soon as I enter the shop, a savory aroma spreads, and I can't help but feel excited. The mackerel marinated in mirin was plump and thick, with a perfect balance of sweetness and umami, making it the best. The grilled turban shell was delightfully chewy, and the aroma of the soy sauce I drizzled on it was irresistible. The spiny lobster was grilled to perfection, and I was happy to enjoy the richness of the miso. The open atmosphere, just a short walk from the station, along with the friendly staff, allows for a relaxing time.
