It is just a short walk from the nearest station, and it is a quiet and calming space. Each course is accompanied by a well-paired bread, making the combinations very enjoyable. The appetizers are beautifully arranged with a variety of ingredients in a balanced way, and the changes in texture are pleasant. The new onion potage has a gentle sweetness, and the fluffy foam of the milk spreads out. The doneness of the meat is exquisite, allowing you to fully appreciate its aroma and flavor. The dessert and the final matcha, along with the chocolate, are all carefully prepared and highly satisfying.

Since moving to Kitakamakura, I can spend time slowly in a calm atmosphere. It is close to the station and easy to visit. The pairing of food and drinks is skillful, and I can also enjoy non-alcoholic pairings. Different breads are served with each dish, making the changes in aroma and texture interesting. The cooking of the meat is superb, and the dishes featuring bluefin tuna and Ise lobster leave a lasting impression. Even the closing dessert, matcha, and chocolate leave me feeling satisfied.
