It has been simmered for three days until it is melt-in-your-mouth tender. Highly praised by top chefs from all over Japan and successful restaurant owners! Total sales have exceeded 80,000 units! *Limited quantities available. Please understand if sold out.
We carefully grill the tender and juicy shoulder loin and serve it on a hot plate! The fatty part is actually delicious and irresistible! It's the best!
Dip the vegetables in 80-degree hot water to enjoy them with tender and chewy meat. It goes perfectly with the fragrant sesame sauce.
Another popular Amami dish! Like simmered pork belly, this dish is simmered for three days to concentrate the umami flavor! The cartilage becomes soft and collagen-rich!
Obtained from my mother's hometown Tokunoshima through a unique route! This extraordinary richness and tenderness is a delicacy that cannot be found elsewhere!
In Tokunoshima, the seasoning varies depending on the household. At Amunchu, we skillfully mix slightly thicker somen noodles with fresh vegetables in homemade miso sauce! *(+ Soft-boiled egg for an additional 160 yen)
A completely original appetizer infused with garlic. What started as an impromptu creation has become a popular menu item in no time! *(+Melted Burnt Cheese +100 yen)
(+Half-cooked egg 160 yen)
