The signature bamboo shoot sushi was fluffy and gentle, and I really liked it. The soft bamboo shoots combined with the aroma of shiso and kelp, perfectly matched with the subtle sweetness of the rice. The sashimi platter, featuring octopus, tuna, and sea bream, was all delicious and made my mouth happy. The chawanmushi had a delicate flavor, and its smooth texture was pleasant to swallow. The staff were friendly, and I enjoyed the calm interactions at the counter. In a homely and lively atmosphere, I was very satisfied with the volume of the nigiri.
