Shirogane-tei Plain Curry
This is the curry from the famous sweet and spicy curry shop 'Shirogane-tei' in Osaka, which always has a long line. Created by the owner, Mr. Ooshiro, from Takashima City in Shiga Prefecture, it features a perfect contrast of sweetness and spiciness. The curry roux is provided directly by the owner and can only be tasted at Shirogane-tei in Osaka and AFUMI. Comes with soup and salad.
