Enjoy carefully selected soba at a charming soba restaurant

Tawarayama Yusui Soba is a soba restaurant known for its charming appearance and pleasant atmosphere. Guests can savor authentic 80% buckwheat soba with a rich flavor and texture, as well as the popular unique way of eating tororo soba. The restaurant offers counter seats and tatami mat seating, making it family-friendly. The use of yamaimo (Japanese mountain yam) in the tororo topping enhances the flavor of the soba even more.

Upon entering, there are tatami and counter-style seats where you can relax comfortably. The service from ordering to serving is very quick, allowing you to enjoy your meal even when you're hungry. The hand-made soba is thick and has a firm texture, with a rich aroma and a pleasant mouthfeel. The method of pouring tororo directly over the noodles and then dipping them in the broth was fresh and enjoyable. The style of grating whole wasabi by yourself was also interesting, and the refreshing aroma pairs well with the soba. After the meal, adding soba-yu to the broth to savor it allowed the flavors of bonito and soy sauce to spread deeply, leaving me completely satisfied until the end.
