The 'tare pot' that has been passed down for generations for 20 years is the lifeblood of Toriyoshi! It enhances the flavor of hand-pierced grilled chicken skewers!
Each skewer at Toriyoshi is carefully pierced by the staff themselves. This dedication includes understanding the chicken meat, such as ensuring the skewer has a uniform center of gravity to prevent it from rotating on its own while grilling, which takes several years to master. Grilling also requires skilled techniques. All of these elements come together to create Toriyoshi's yakitori.
Bird Yoshi's charcoal is called 'Binchotan'. We will demonstrate the skill of craftsmen who can freely manipulate the fierce power of blazing fire.
