4.1

In a fishing pond surrounded by a beautiful stream, clear water is home to yamame, iwana, and rainbow trout. The atmosphere enveloped in nature makes it feel good just to leisurely cast a line. Sometimes you may not catch anything right away, but the thrill of the chase is interesting and captivating. The fish you catch can be prepared on the spot as sashimi, grilled with salt, or fried, all of which have a fresh taste. The flesh is firm, and you can really taste the clarity of the water. Even if you don't fish, you can enjoy fish dishes and soba or udon, and the soba, especially rich in the blessings of the mountains, left a lasting impression.
