Payments must be made in the form of cash, credit cards or EFTPOS. No cheques accepted. Anyone entering the bistro is required to pay the cover charge- whether eating or not. It is the responsibility of the person who is hosting the booking to inform their guests of the hotel’s terms and conditions. If all guests are paid for upon arrival and any do not show, there are no refunds.

For bookings of 15-49 people we require a deposit of $5 per person, For bookings of 50 people and above we require a deposit of $10 per person, two weeks prior to your reservation date. (3) person leeway, meaning if 4 or more people from your group do not arrive, we will withhold $10 per person from your deposit.
