We ordered a set menu recommended by the restaurant, which included rice, kimchi, salad, and soup all in one order. While we were waiting, the jewel-like meat arrived. It tasted as good as it looked and made me very happy. I recommend this restaurant for special occasions and anniversaries, where you can relax in a private room. I am thinking about when I would like to have it next time. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Ultimate Meat Premium Delicacy! Fillet

Being the least exercised part compared to other cuts, it is the most tender part of beef. The fillet accounts for only about 3% of the meat obtained from one cow.
