It was an exciting moment when I found this shop, which feels like a hidden gem. The counter seats are limited, creating a calm atmosphere where you can relax. The fried pork cutlet has a crispy and fluffy coating, and the meat inside is surprisingly tender, overflowing with juices. You can really taste the richness of the Iwachu pork, and it melts in your mouth. The cabbage is free to refill, and the special dressing is refreshing, so you can eat as much as you want. The rice cooked in a clay pot and the red miso soup with ingredients are a perfect match, and I was completely satisfied until the end.
