The interior is bright with calm music playing, and I appreciate being able to choose between the counter and private rooms. The first dish that came out, the tokoroten with three kinds of vinegar, was refreshing and really whetted my appetite. I could enjoy as much homemade pickles as I wanted, which made for a perfect palate cleanser between conversations. The chicken sashimi had a surprising temperature difference, warm on the outside and cold on the inside, making it feel very fresh. The grilled skewers were all excellent, and the tenderness of the chicken skin was particularly impressive. The combination of the offal hot pot and champon that I ordered to finish was outstanding, and I was completely satisfied until the end.
