The traditional flavor remains unchanged, which makes me happy. It's a style of okonomiyaki where the ingredients are layered and grilled, and it's simply delicious. The ones with various ingredients include pork, squid, and konjac. The basic version does not include soba, but you can request it with soba if you wish. They will bring mayonnaise upon request, allowing you to adjust it to your liking. You can also enjoy Akashiyaki eaten with a dipping sauce, and while waiting, you can relax and read manga.
