The simplicity enhances its deliciousness. Enjoy the tender grilled flesh and fragrant skin, and savor the original flavor of the horse mackerel.
A fisherman’s classic made by pounding mackerel with miso and seasonings. A dish with rich flavor and aroma that makes it hard to stop drinking.
Freshly fried horse mackerel is quickly dipped in nanban vinegar. The moderate sweetness and sourness seep in, making it a refreshing dish that encourages you to keep eating.
We prepare fresh horse mackerel every day in the store, so fresh that it can be eaten as sashimi. It has a soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture and can be enjoyed deliciously with salt or sauce.
The ultimate motsunabe created by a craftsman who has been serving it for 20 years.
