Restaurante La Olla

Located on Plaza Nueva in Bilbao’s old town, La Olla combines a lively pintxos bar with a more intimate basement dining room. The kitchen focuses on Basque and Spanish flavors, from small bites at the bar to composed plates such as jamón ibérico, foie pâté, and seared tuna. Attentive, efficient service contributes to a relaxed, welcoming dining experience even when the room is busy.
