The sight of the food being prepared on the iron plate in front of me is exciting. The chef warmly welcomes us, allowing us to relax without feeling nervous. The steak has a fragrant aroma from being grilled over straw, and it melts in your mouth the moment you take a bite. Adding a little rock salt or real wasabi enhances the meat's umami flavor even more. The colorful local vegetables burst with flavor with every bite, leaving a lasting impression. Throughout the course, there were many creative touches to enjoy with all five senses, making for a very satisfying experience.
