The atmosphere is easy to enter, with a spacious parking area, and it is convenient as it has tatami seating, tables, and a counter. The handmade soba has slightly flat noodles that are chewy, with a good aroma and a smooth texture. The dipping sauce has a well-balanced sweet and spicy flavor, and it is not too strong, so it can be enjoyed even when the noodles are dipped generously. The chilled tanuki soba is refreshing with the addition of tempura scraps, cucumber, shredded egg, and nori, along with pickled ginger for an accent. The crunchy texture of the daikon soba and the umami of the duck nanban broth also left a lasting impression. The tempura has a light and elegant batter, and the rice grains are well-defined, making it a relaxing place for both families with children and individuals.
