Hōno Shōten

At [Yoshino Shoten], we offer home-cooked flavors using local ingredients and Edomae sushi made with ingredients from across the country. In particular, dishes that recreate the founder's mother's recipes evoke a sense of homey warmth. Additionally, our luxurious sushi made with red vinegar rice is also popular and can be enjoyed in a light-hearted manner. A variety of menu items such as croquettes and fried chicken provide a setting for deepening bonds in an izakaya atmosphere. We also offer omakase nigiri and carefully selected local sake, featuring fresh toppings delivered directly from Toyosu.

The interior of [Yoshino Shoten] features a calm atmosphere enhanced by Ryukyu glass and Ryukyu tatami. It has an interior that allows you to feel the essence of Okinawa while also incorporating modern elements. This space, which exudes a sense of luxury despite its casual vibe, is perfect for sightseeing or gatherings with friends. It offers a comfortable environment where you can relax even alone, and the smiling staff warmly welcomes you. Private reservations are also possible, making it ideal for events with large groups.

The "Yoshino Shoten Sushi Heart" was originally an izakaya operating in a different location, which has now evolved further and reopened in a new place. This new location is easily accessible and situated in a bustling entertainment district that attracts many visitors. The design and service have also become more luxurious, making it a beloved establishment for a larger audience. Compared to the previous shop, it has transformed into a more glamorous appearance, gaining popularity not only among locals but also tourists.
