This restaurant was awarded the Gault et Millau 2024 award in March 2024. It is located within a one-meter cab ride from the north exit of Shizuoka Station. I had been curious about this restaurant for some time and visited it alone. The restaurant has a counter and private room layout, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The chef offers a unique arrangement of each dish, which is a fusion of French cuisine and charcoal grill. Many of the combinations cannot be found in other restaurants, allowing diners to fully appreciate the flavors of the ingredients. The ingredients seem to be purchased by the chef directly from the production area, and the seasonal ingredients are arranged and served to you, which is one of the charms of this restaurant with a sense of season. The chef also pays special attention to fermented ingredients, and all of the dishes have a very deep and delicious flavor. The quality of the food was very satisfactory considering the cost performance, which would cost 40,000 to 50,000 yen in Tokyo. The service was very attentive to each and every one of our guests, and the restaurant has a wine sommelier on staff, so there is a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, which were served in combinations that went well with the meals. I predict that the restaurant will take the hundred-mark in the future. I read that now is a good time to visit this restaurant as it has only received a small number of evaluations. I am sure that this restaurant will become more and more difficult to make reservations due to the Gault et Millau award, but I will visit again when it is open.

We had dinner at SINQ, a charcoal French restaurant in Hitojuku-cho that I've always been curious about ✨✨. The vegetables, fish, meat, and drinks were delicious! It's a shame we couldn't finish the meal because I had to work, but I'd love to go back for a more relaxed meal.
