This is a small bistro with a calm atmosphere located along a greenway. The interior has a few tables and a counter, making it compact and comfortable to spend time in. They have a focus on Japanese wine, which can be enjoyed casually by the glass. The dishes made with ingredients from Nagano and game meat are appealing, with strong aromas and flavors. They offer soups, appetizers, homemade fresh pasta, and bread, which pair perfectly with the wine. You can also order items individually, and I was very satisfied with the high quality of the dishes.

This is a small shop that you enter from an inconspicuous entrance along the greenway. There are tables and a counter, making it a nice place to relax even if you are alone. They focus on Japanese wine, and it's great that you can try several by the glass. You can also enjoy sparkling wine, which paired very well with the food. The onion gratin soup, egg mayonnaise, and squid ink potatoes were all impressive. The homemade bread and pasta were delicious, and you can take your time savoring them with the wine.

Located in a quiet place facing a green promenade, the entrance is on that side. The interior is small, making it comfortable to spend time alone. The dishes made with Nagano ingredients and game meat are fragrant, and each is carefully prepared. There is a good selection of domestic wines, which can be enjoyed casually by the glass. Lunch starts with soup and appetizers, and you can enjoy handmade bread and pasta as well. The pairing of food and wine is excellent, allowing for a leisurely dining experience.
