In a calm space centered around the counter, the atmosphere is easy to blend into. The grilled offal, carefully cooked to order, has a perfect balance of salt and sauce, enhancing its aroma. The liver is finished rare and has a delightful texture. The fresh offal sashimi is also refreshing, with no unpleasant odor and an enjoyable texture. When paired with shochu highball, the umami is further enhanced. The daily recommendations and a variety of dishes are also available, making it feel like a beloved local establishment.
