A charming patisserie that brings out the flavors of its ingredients

Pâtisserie Jones is a cozy and cute shop that specializes in cakes that highlight the natural flavors of the ingredients. The display case is filled with a colorful array of beautiful cakes that delight the eyes with each visit. The cakes, skillfully combining chocolate and nuts, offer a perfect balance of different textures and flavors. In particular, the lemon cake and pistachio cake are exceptional, surprising with their delicate taste.

The store is cozy, and a variety of colorful sweets are lined up in the showcase. The honey pot looks adorable, and the layers of lemon and honey, along with the changes in texture, are delightful. The lemon cake has a light fragrance that spreads, and you can taste lemon even in the glaze on top. The Mont Blanc has a refined chestnut flavor. The dessert with soy sauce and orange is surprising, and the combination of sweet and salty with a refreshing touch is interesting. The custom-made cakes are also well-received, and there are various cakes for events that are exciting.

It's a cozy and cute little shop, and I feel excited when I see the showcase from outside. There is a wide variety of cakes, and there are also baked goods, making it fun to choose. The freshly baked omelette has a fluffy texture with plenty of cream and mascarpone, and when I receive it by hand and take a bite right away, it brings me happiness. The lemon and honey cake, in addition to its cute appearance, has a pleasant combination of the crispness of chocolate and the moistness of rare cheese. The mousse dessert made with tomatoes has a refreshing yogurt flavor combined with the aroma of rosemary, making it unique and delicious. There are also crispy croissants and rice flour rolls, all of which have a good balance of taste and visual appeal, leaving me satisfied.
