Every time I go to Tanba Sasayama, I take a break at this café. The black soybean parfait has a perfect combination of large black soybeans and fragrant kinako, and happiness spreads with every spoonful. The seasonal fruit parfait is packed with figs, persimmons, pears, and maintains its freshness until the last bite. The fluffy shaved ice allows you to choose the sauce, and it's interesting to enjoy the change in flavor as you eat. The volume of the strawberry parfait is beyond my imagination, and when layered with sponge and whipped cream, it felt just like a shortcake. There is a rich variety of sweets that change with the seasons, so there is always a fresh sense of excitement whenever I visit.
