The counter with calm lighting reveals the grill, and the atmosphere is very gentle. When you open the sliding door, the bonsai is impressive, and it instantly lifts your spirits. The first chicken broth has a subtle yuzu fragrance that smoothly enters your body. The white liver has a fragrant surface, while the inside is smooth with a long aftertaste. The thigh skewer has a pleasant texture on the skin, and the umami of the meat is well conveyed. The small pot of tsukune is soft and pairs perfectly with the broth, and even the homemade pudding at the end was delightful.
