This cozy shop centered around a counter immediately fills the air with the pleasant aroma of charcoal as soon as you enter. First, I quenched my thirst with a draft beer and enjoyed the fun of casually choosing my favorite skewers while glancing at the menu. The freshly prepared chicken breast was lightly grilled to a rare finish, giving it a fluffy texture that brought a smile to my face. The hip, neck meat, and homemade tsukune were all rich in the aroma of charcoal and the deliciousness of the meat, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The crispy fried chicken and the special bowl with a melting egg yolk that came out midway were also fantastic, keeping the enjoyment going until the end. Thanks to the friendly staff, the atmosphere was comfortable, and I was able to spend a happy time with my friends who came along.
