Tienda de Sake YODARE Otsuka

This restaurant offers fresh fish dishes that pair perfectly with sake. They source fresh fish caught in the morning from various regions across the country, allowing you to enjoy a variety of dishes such as sashimi and tempura. Sashimi can be ordered in small portions, so you can select fresh fish one serving at a time and savor it. Their homemade smoked cheese and freshly fried tempura are also exquisite, and it's surprising that they provide such quality at reasonable prices. The combination of the freshness of the sashimi and the real wasabi is particularly exquisite, and it pairs exceptionally well with sake.

The interior is cozy, stylish, and has a calm atmosphere. It is often frequented by salarymen for solo drinks and families, characterized by its friendliness. You can enjoy conversations with the owner while sitting at the counter, spending a relaxed time in a somewhat hidden space. The shop has an inviting appearance, making it easy to visit even for first-timers, creating a homely atmosphere that is appealing. It is perfect for drinking parties and gatherings with friends, allowing you to enjoy a pleasant time.

We used to operate in other regions, but we opened our current location to focus on local fresh ingredients. With the desire to spread the charm of sake, we have curated over 50 varieties of sake and established a style that allows enjoyment by the glass. While respecting Japanese culture and tradition, we continuously pursue new initiatives, creating many repeat customers. We continue to provide a comfortable and value-driven dining experience, earning the love of local residents.
