Dumid Hoe Sujib is a sashimi restaurant where some people visit more than twice a year. The manager takes reservations, and the chef provides omakase-style dishes based on the day's ingredients. The menu includes fresh kimchi, tofu, and abalone sashimi, as well as seasonal sashimi, various sushi dishes, and spicy soups. The head chef is attentive to customers and offers special dishes not served at other tables. The agu suyuk is particularly delicious and highly recommended as a sake accompaniment.
