The atmosphere is quiet and very comfortable. The menu is wide-ranging, including tempura, sashimi, simmered dishes, grilled fish, and soba, with daily specials that are exciting. The signature dish, fugu-zaku, is a style where the skin and flesh are roughly mixed together, and the fragrant ponzu sauce and condiments are irresistible. It's also fun to enjoy the leftover broth mixed with dashi and add warm tofu, making it delicious in two ways. The simmered sea bream and fried chicken are rich in flavor and pair well with alcohol. In addition to the counter and tatami seating, there are private rooms available, and there's parking, making it convenient for gatherings.
