I should say that it is an intangible cultural asset in the world of Senbero.
I finally visited Maruken Suisan, the "This Is Senbero Izakaya" of my dreams. Of course, I had my first glass of ruby while enjoying hot oden at the restaurant. The second drink was a one-cup glass of oden soup stock, a first for me.
The oden included eggs, daikon radish, beef tendon, etc. I was thinking how nice it would be to have an oshinagashi. The seasoning was a bit salty, and drinking the dashiwari made me thirsty even more.
But it was a great experience. Akabane is fun!

As the weather gets colder, you'll miss oden.
Maruken Suisan is a great place for sake drinkers because you can eat fish and drinks standing up!
Moreover, it is open from 10:30 in the morning, making it the best place for a lunchtime drink 😆 There are even some connoisseurs who drink oden soup stock in one cup 👍
